Candidates ranked within a role. Anyone who cannot be fairly compared is shown as incomplete, not given a rank they did not earn.

What happens next

Forward, decline or still waiting, with a decision email drafted from the evidence on file for a person to review and send.

Ashby stays the system of record: RekPal reads from it. If you turn it on, RekPal also adds an interviewer's Slack reply as a note; it never changes or deletes what is already there.
